This year’s TWIG Partner Days was an event to remember - packed with great discussions, exciting new product launches, and plenty of memorable moments both on land and at sea! We had the pleasure of welcoming our partners from all over the world for three days of networking, brainstorming, and exploring what’s next in lone worker safety solutions.
Day 1: Kicking Things Off at the TWIG Factory
We started off in Salo, right at the heart of our factory, with a nice lunch in sunny (and surprisingly warm!) weather. It was fantastic to welcome our partners and give them a firsthand look at our new SMD line and how we manufacture our lone worker alarm devices. During the guided tours, we got into some great talks about quality, customization, and, of course, our shared passion for keeping lone workers safe.
After a productive day of sharing ideas and connecting, we set sail for the beautiful Åland Islands, ready for the next leg of our adventure.
Day 2: Presentations and Fun Challenges in Åland
Day 2 was all about diving into what’s coming next in the world of lone worker safety and strengthening our partnerships. We kicked off the day with some engaging presentations on market trends, new product roadmaps, and our updated partner program. It was great to hear our partners share their insights and ideas, which will help shape our future developments.
Later in the afternoon, we turned up the fun with a series of team-building activities! From fishing competitions and frisbee golf to a cooking challenge, there was plenty of laughter and friendly competition. It was awesome to see everyone collaborating, showing off their creativity, and just enjoying the moment.
In the evening, we gathered at Smakbyn for a delicious dinner featuring local flavors—another chance to relax, chat, and enjoy each other’s company.
Day 3: Exploring Helsinki
We wrapped up the event with a farewell breakfast on board as we sailed back to the mainland, closing out three days of learning, bonding, and planning for our shared future. Our final day took us to vibrant Helsinki, where partners could choose between one-on-one meetings, technical training sessions, or simply soaking up the sights around the city. We tailored the day to make sure everyone got the most out of it, whether it was diving deeper into business topics or exploring what Helsinki has to offer.
