Salo, January 11, 2011. Twig Com Ltd, a company founded by the management team of the TWIG safety and tracking products business, has acquired the TWIG business from GeoSentric Plc through a business purchase agreement signed on 10 January 2011.

Twig Com Ltd. designs and manufactures the TWIG line of products for personal safety and GPS tracking. Customer deliveries continue shipping today without interruption from the Salo, Finland site of Twig Com Ltd., comprising factory and logistics center, customer service and product development functions.

Majority of Twig Com Ltd. is held by the TWIG management team of Jukka Nieminen, Tomi Raita and Jouko Laine, with other personnel and external investors completing the shareholders list.
